In life you will have some folks that like you and others that don’t. Does that mean that your show stops because one doesn’t want to be in the crowd? NO! You continue to perform.

Truth is Jesus was mocked, wasn’t liked, ridiculed and crucified. But He still arose! (Matthew 10:34 & 20:19)

Fact is YOU are arising and making your mark. But unfortunately, it can come with a level that means everyone isn’t going to celebrate with or for you. So, higher the level bigger devils.

Remember, you can be the ripest, juiciest peach in the world, and there's still going to be somebody who hates peaches. (Dita Von Teese)

Travasa Buford is a Henderson, Kentucky native and resides now in Huntsville, Alabama. She has been in advertising for 20 years and is currently the Digital Media Manager for WZDX News. In 2010 she launched, hosted and co-produced, "My Color is Beautiful". A half hour show dedicated to women and men of color on WEHT NEWS25, an ABC affiliate in Henderson, Kentucky.

She is a member of Eagles’ Nest Ministries Church under the leadership of Bishop Daniel J. Richardson, where she oversees the Media Ministry. She also handles the Media Ministry for her home church that she is close with in Evansville, Indiana, New Hope Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Rabon L. Turner Sr.

Travasa is very active in the community by mentoring young girls and speaking with women that are going through various trials and storms. She also writes daily Devotionals that reach thousands of people every day from her ministry, TNHB Inspirations.
