The definition of failure is lack of success. Let’s face it, nobody wants to fail but sometimes it happens. However, the defeat doesn’t define you.

Every so often you have to lose to win. What you think is failure God is just waiting to see how you’re going to react to it? So, are you going to lay in the floor and bed forever upset about the loss? Or are you going to get back up and start swinging the bat again? (2 Corinthians 12:9)

Remember, it’s how you deal with failure that determines how you achieve success. (Charlotte Whitton)

Travasa Buford is a Henderson, Kentucky native and resides now in Huntsville, Alabama. She has been in advertising for 20 years and is currently the Digital Media Manager for WZDX News. In 2010 she launched, hosted and co-produced, "My Color is Beautiful". A half hour show dedicated to women and men of color on WEHT NEWS25, an ABC affiliate in Henderson, Kentucky.

She is a member of Eagles’ Nest Ministries Church under the leadership of Bishop Daniel J. Richardson, where she oversees the Media Ministry. She also handles the Media Ministry for her home church that she is close with in Evansville, Indiana, New Hope Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Rabon L. Turner Sr.

Travasa is very active in the community by mentoring young girls and speaking with women that are going through various trials and storms. She also writes daily Devotionals that reach thousands of people every day from her ministry, TNHB Inspirations.
