“He Orders Your STOPS Too”

Often, we can get so mad and frustrated when we don’t get what we planned, prayed and hoped for. And then have the nerve to get an attitude thinking that God isn’t listening, or has forgotten about us.

Well, just like God will order your steps. He will also STOP your steps too. (Psalm 119:133) You can’t be so quick to get bent all out of shape because it’s not going the way YOU want. Fact is it’s going how God has planned. (Jeremiah 29:11) YOU just can’t see it yet.

Remember, you can make your plans, but the Lord will order your steps. (Proverbs 16:9)

“LORD, I know that people's lives are not their own; it is not for them to direct their steps.” (Jeremiah 10:23)

Travasa Buford is a Henderson, Kentucky native and resides now in Huntsville, Alabama. She has been in advertising for 20 years and is currently the Digital Media Manager for WZDX News. In 2010 she launched, hosted and co-produced, "My Color is Beautiful". A half hour show dedicated to women and men of color on WEHT NEWS25, an ABC affiliate in Henderson, Kentucky.

She is a member of Eagles’ Nest Ministries Church under the leadership of Bishop Daniel J. Richardson, where she oversees the Media Ministry. She also handles the Media Ministry for her home church that she is close with in Evansville, Indiana, New Hope Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Rabon L. Turner Sr.

Travasa is very active in the community by mentoring young girls and speaking with women that are going through various trials and storms. She also writes daily Devotionals that reach thousands of people every day from her ministry, TNHB Inspirations.
